The Compliance Mentor Group or TCMG is a WBE, MBE and DBE firm that specializes in strategic workforce development programs and construction compliance monitoring services within the Architecture Engineer Construction (AEC) Industry.
Our Mission and Core Values
Our mission is to introduce, educate and prepare youth and young adults for career entry into STEM related fields within the Construction Industry.
Our core values are; Career Exploration, Workforce Readiness Skills, STEM Enrichment, Knowledge Transfer, Industry Networking and Bridging the Aging Workforce Gap. We infuse these core values into the CMP programming throughout the year and during all three-phases which are Group Learning, Job Shadowing and Individual Mentoring.

Utilizing effective partnerships and a collaborative team platform, TCMG's program services have directly improved workforce compliance numbers and increased access and equitable opportunities for local youth, residents, minorities and women interested in AEC career pathways.
